Between our senior staff, we have over 50 years of mergers and acquisition experience in large venture capital firms, investment banks and boutique M & A shops. Now we offer you that wealth of experience at a small, hands-on group. When you work with Catapult Advisory Group, you are working with senior members, not foisted off on junior staff. 

Types of Clients We Serve

While we are industry agnostic when it relates to the industries we serve, we have had regular success with companies between $10-$75 of revenue.   Half of our business relates to our Catapult Connect service, where the buyer and seller already know each other.   We have serviced many clients in the following industries: value-added distribution, business services, industrial services and manufacturing.

Many of our clients start working with us 3-5 years before their eventual sale.  We typically provide a market analysis and valuation with tips and recommendation on how to maximize their ultimate valuation.  We also have a deep and robust team of referral partners that we regularly introduce to our clients to assist them in implementing and achieving the growth and value-building plan.

Greg DeSimone

Greg DeSimone


DeSimone brings to Catapult more than 25 years of experience as a CPA in the finance departments of venture, private equity, and public funded companies. DeSimone founded Catapult Advisory Group in 2009 to guide successful family and closely held businesses helping them focus on what’s important and prioritize the key activities that drive value to ensure effective succession and exit plans. 

DeSimone is also a certified by FocalPoint International as a Master Business Coach, providing support and financial education to over 200 coaches and their clients worldwide in the areas of finance, benchmarking, forecasting, valuation, and exit planning strategies.

Helen Vitoria

Operations Manager

Helen Vitoria began her career in Facilities & Property Management, after spending a decade on Wall Street working for JP Morgan managing their Manhattan portfolio, she relocated to Pennsylvania and managed a REIT portfolio consisting of industrial, warehouse, and office real estate in Allentown PA including the first LEED Green Building in the state of Pennsylvania.  She has a degree from NYU in Business Administration and works as Catapult’s Business Operations Manager.

Bruce Rodman

Business Development Specialist

Bruce Rodman is an experienced professional and successful entrepreneur. Prior to join Catapult, Bruce served as President of Cambridge Packing Company, a Boston-based beef, poultry, pork, and seafood company that served the New England area. Founded in 1923, the company was in its third generation of family ownership before being acquired by The Chef’s Warehouse, Inc. in early 2020. After the company was sold to Chef’s Warehouse, Bruce was retained to work in their M&A department in a business development role until joining Catapult.
